Wild Woman Workout is Charlotta's Signature Class and is for you who want to connect to your strong feminine power through movement and mindset exercises.

Wild Woman Workout is a sensual low-impact, yet strengthening and lengthening workout made up of a fusion of tribal movement, yoga and dance, leaving us feeling invigorated, connected and empowered.

Wild Woman Workout is hosted within the regular class schedule both in person and via Zoom, and also as private sessions.

For next-level evolution, Wild Woman Workout is offered as Master Classes which further brings in a mind/body connection for transformation. Check schedule for these deep-dive classes here.
