I am Charlotta!
As the Creator of Superwomen I work as a Sensuality Empowerment Coach supporting women to connect to their Inner Woman - their inner voice, their inner knowing - so that they can live a life of alignment and Turn On.
​
I am a huge advocate for spaciousness to gain clarity, feeling and appreciating the full range of your emotions to release and alchemise, as well as healing through sensual movement. And I love connecting with you and creating tools to support your growth and healing.
​
I am that woman who loves to delve in to both scientific and spiritual teachings and through this, mixed with my deep inner knowing, personal experience and intuition, I bring you a unique style of Coaching which is empowering, personable and soul-expanding.
​
Personally, I have taken myself through deep healing to reconnect to my Sensuality, my Feminine Flow and my Confidence after years of accepting a toxic life. Through my own work, I have also recovered from mental exhaustion, liberated myself from co-dependency and healed my deep sisterhood wound. With this, I am filled with joy by the beautiful Sisterhood that is rising in the world and that we are creating together.

I am a Virgo Sun, Aries Rising and Sagittarius Moon which, if you are into Astrology, explains my qualities rather beautifully. In short a few qualities I resonate with are that I am curi0us, a leader, adventurous, enthusiastic, supportive, a natural teacher and seeker of knowledge and experience.

Investing in myself this way has been, hands on heart, the absolute best fcking thing I've ever done! 6 weeks ago I was a gloomy, sad little rain cloud in a corner with a dimmed rainbow wanting to come forward, but not having the courage to do so. I felt a blockage within myself. I really didn't like myself at all, and all the thoughts I had about myself were negative and self degrading. I felt all sorts of bad and awful and I really didn't think I could ever think or say anything good about myself without feeling sick to my stomach because it felt like I was lying. The first one-on-one call I had with Charlotta we did a visualisation exercise connecting my heart to my head and I found myself tearing up afterwards because in that moment I realised I have myself. And I am my own biggest strength. That was the beginning of my journey to remove the blockages and open up the cage I've put myself in. Listening to the first affirmation made me feel really warm inside and I started to agree with them, and tell myself more positive things. Then something happened, something exploded in me and I really started to feel amazing. I started to see the beauty in me. The good things. I posted a picture alongside a text on instagram, and shared the good news on our weekly group call. I totally broke down in an emotional teary mess, but it was happy tears. I cried because finally I felt free. Finally I felt love for myself. Finally I felt the way I've always wanted to feel about myself! I've found a new sense of self worth, which I honestly didn't think was possible. I now feel worthy of being happy, loved and beautiful. And having so many wonderful new friends cheering on me and wanting to see more of what I can become has been such a heartwarming experience. I am not alone and we're all supporting each other. One of our wins, is all of our wins! And having Charlotta as support is priceless. A more loving, caring and supportive woman is hard to find. She has a heart filled with so much love and you really feel her wanting the best for you. Everyone should have a Charlotta in their life, and I am so happy I have. I am so excited to see how this year with Superwomen Alchemists will continue, and I can't wait to become the amazing and fantastic person I will become in a year's time. I know that everyone would need this App.. not everyone knows it- but all who try it out will realise it fast. You get so much out of it! If you are feeling excited and happy there is something for you. If you are feeling sad and down there is something in there which will cheer you up and help you. There is something in there for whatever mood you are in! It is amazing that there are both longer and shorter sessions. I have started tuning in to myself more. How I am. How I am feeling. What I want. I am starting to realise that I am worthy. That I am great - as I am. I can see now that I want to make some changes in my life and that is good. Nothing drastic currently, but it is the small things in life, right? I need this App. And I need you Charlotta who remind us about all sorts of incredible fine-tuning things to empower us.
