ReWild is an invitation for you to forge a strong bond with your Inner Wild Woman, unleashing your expression and harnessing your temple’s - your body’s - power to heal, expand and connect. You are invited on a unique journey with each class having its dedicated focus for you to move stuck energies and create spaciousness for elevation to rewrite the physical in your sensory body. Some classes are soft and gentle, some are ecstatic and fiery - with experiences all in between and beyond! ReWild can also be combined with traditional Coaching in a 1:1 setting as a transmission tool to allow you to deeply connect in to your body's wisdom for full or part of the session.
You can also enjoy ReWild as part of Charlotta's regular Workout Schedule and a few times per year as Master Flows.
Charlotta's ReWild format is also a sought after experience as part of Retreats or one day events and can be tailored to suit your needs - anything from 1,5 hours to a 5 day experience is available!
